How do I place an online order?

Login to Blakes online store. Click on the login on the upper right. If you don’t have an account set up, you’ll need to follow the link for “Create account”. When your contact information is filled in, click “Create Account”. Once your account is set up, you may select the school you wish to shop for by entering your school's zip code in the "click here to find my school" tab. Once you have selected your school, click "submit school selection". If you are not affiliated with a school, choose “Guest” from the list. When you go to the Homepage, you will see your school or Guest. Selecting it will return your school’s dress code by grade and gender. 

I don’t see my school in the list. Can I shop online?

How do I determine what sizes to order?

The online size chart for each garment has instructions for taking proper measurements. Select the How to Measure Your Child link in the Help and Info section for details. Using these guidelines for measuring, go to the size chart for the desired garment and match your measurements to those in the size chart. If the measurement is not exact, choose the higher size. Many of our garments have an adjustable waist for a better fit. 


How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover for online orders. 


How soon will my credit card be charged after placing my order?


Credit cards are billed when orders are placed.
 


When will I receive my merchandise?

Your order will usually ship within 7 business days after you place your order. Please allow an additional 14 to 21 days for orders placed during August and September. If an item is backordered, we will notify you by email or phone. 

How will my order be shipped?

What if I ordered the wrong size or want to return a garment?

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the time it is received. It must be accompanied by the receipt. Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact. We regret we do not accept returns on custom, embroidered or imprinted items. A store credit is issued; there are no cash refunds or credit card reversals.
